Hazlemere Gains Recognition For Exceptional Customer Service

We often mention in our blog posts how important it is to us that we continuously provide an outstanding level of customer service and we’re delighted to be able to say that Hazlemere has recently been acknowledged for doing exactly that.

The team from Hazlemere picked up an award at the Conservatory Outlet annual dinner in Belton Woods, Lincolnshire on Saturday 4th October, after having had a Customer Satisfaction Rate that exceeded 95% during 2013-2014.

Ian Hayes, Conservatory Outlet’s Business Development Director, presented Marketing Director Mark Austin and Stuart Braham, Hazlemere Window Company Ltd’s Managing Director, with the award as captured in the below image by highly respected industry photographer Dino Belvedere.

Receiving regular feedback from customers is massively beneficial for Hazlemere as it enables us to assess what we’re doing right and in which areas we can improve, because let’s face it; there’s always room for improvement.
