We’ve been around for over 35 years, and plan on being around for at least 35 more. We’ll still be just down the road if you need any help with your Hazlemere products.

After installation we’ll show you how everything operates to make sure you are happy before we leave.

Our approachable team are all well aware we all have joint responsibility for customer satisfaction and all of us play an important role at whatever stage we are involved with your project.

In addition, we have a dedicated customer service team, who give you one point of contact should you wish to discuss an issue. They will make sure anything you raise is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Should a lock become troublesome, or a door not operate as smoothly as it once did then our service department will be there to fix the issue.

Condensation

Condensation develops when moisture in the air meets cooler surfaces such as glass and metal. It doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem, it could be external condensation that is proof your windows are performing as they should.

If the condensation is between the panes of glass you probably need your sealed units replaced and any moisture collecting on the inside of your windows will need investigating further.
